  1. 1. If your going to a big event soon make sure you have two pre rest days and two posts.
  1. Take naps throughout the day
  1. If you have brain fog – don’t stress about it.
  2. Talk to yourself lovingly: you already feel like shit so why add to it.
  3. Make sure to keep hydrated.
  4. Wear comfy clothes
  5. If you have migraines, make the room as dark as possible
  6. Plan nice things for a ‘good day’
  7. Make sure to eat
  8. Take your meds
  9. Heat patches are you’re friends
  10. Try energy drinks
