Self care tips Tuesday

  1. Make yourself a cuppa and take five minutes to breathe.
  2. Eat healthy: things like fruit releases endorphins which make you happy.
  3. Write a list of what you need to do then prioritise: breaking down big tasks will make you feel able to tackle to them.
  4. Make sure you get at least eight hours sleep; that means no tech two hours before bed, make sure your room is dark and cool.
  5. Paint your nails/fix your hair/ put on a little makeup.
  6. Have a relaxing bath
  7. Make a positive playlist
  8. Hydrate
  9. Write down a list of worries – then decide if their rational: what can you do to change it? Or irrational: Get rid!!
  10. Have a little sing!! Studies show singing makes you happier.
