Fruit salad carb crunch.
You will need:
- Fruit of your choosing
- Two small handfuls of Pretzels (Gluten Free)
- Chop all fruit and mix together
- Gradually add pretzels between mixes
I usually have this for lunch with my Go Ahead Cereal bar and a Wispa bar on the side – chocolate, pretzels and fruit is an amazing combo (Swap the pretzels for bran flakes for a fibre hit.
Then I have 750ml bottle of water refill (I drink four each day)
